YappyDog Software reserves the right to change these Terms of Service without any prior notification.
Users agree to accept all liability for the legality of content they submit and will not hold YappyDog Software responsible for any damages that result.
Except where diligently implied, absolutely NO part of Yappydog Software may be reproduced or recreated without explicit written permission by operators of Yappydog Software.

All information provided by the user is strictly confidential. We at Yappydog Software do log the IP address of the computer from which images/documents are uploaded. This is is done in case somebody uploads something illegal (see below). This is the only reason why this information is logged. Yappydog Software does not share/trade/sell user information.

Yappydog Software reserves the right to remove, delete and/or disable any image or document a user has uploaded without prior notification. Yappydog Software cannot be held responsible for any dataloss while using Yappydog Software's services.
User login information will not be shared or used by anyone other than the User to whom they are assigned. Passwords will be kept private i.e., not shared, stored in readable form or written down.
Users shall be accountable for all activity associated with their assigned logins.
Users must not provide access to YappyDog Software systems to unauthorized persons or parties.
Users must not attempt to gain access to YappyDog Software systems for which they have not been given proper authorization.
Under no circumstances can any of the following material be uploaded:
•Pornographic files. This includes, but is not limited to, files depicting genitalia, nudity, or sexual situations.
•Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any United States laws.
•Files that infringe on the copyrights of any entity excluding the user.
•Files intending to harass or spam.
Users may not link to any uploaded images or documents except through portal pages, ie not through a non-portal website.

There is no guarantee of permanence. Every effort is made to provide a stable and permanent site. Our servers use failure resistant storage and regular backups are performed. If however something catastrophic occurs and everything is destroyed, users have no right to demand anything of YappyDog Software.
Users must not upload any images or documents to which they do not have rights. Any images uploaded by a user remain the property of that user or whatever party holds the copyright.
By uploading images, a user does not surrender his/her copyright or ownership of the images.
Do not upload images you take from other web sites. Those are copyrighted.
If a user uploads something of questionable legality or taste, it may be removed without notice. |
User agrees to indemnify and hold Yappydog Software harmless from any loss, liability, claims, damages and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising from or related to the content, use, or deletion of User's Files or use of any other feature or service. This expressly includes:
•User's responsibility for any and all liability arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights.
•Any defamatory or unlawful material contained within User's Files.

Yappydog Software may perform maintenance services as is deemed reasonably necessary. User acknowledges that such maintenance may require downtime. |
